Rain did not stop falling in Israel for three and a half years by God’s 

command. It was pure demonstration of prophetic authority by Elijah who had divine back up. James 5:17 teaches that Elijah was a man subject to like passion as we are, and he prayed earnestly that there should be no rain and it rained not in Israel for that space of time. Joshua also commanded the sun and moon to stand still for a whole day to enable the children of Israel smite the Amorites, their enemies in Joshua 10:12-14. So, God is waiting for you to give a command for Him to back you up.

In the old testament, only the Priests had divine mandate to issue command. After the death of Jesus, you have been qualified as a royal Priesthood and a holy nation. Therefore, you have the mandate to issue command and decree in the name of Jesus and it shall be 

established. Jesus has given you the keys of the kingdom, use your mandate and you will become a 

principal in the school of dominion.
