POWER FOR DAILY LIVING DEVOTIONAL - SUNDAY 3RD MAY 2020 TOPIC:OPEN HEAVEN 2TEXT:EZEKIEL 1:1

Ezekiel was among the captives yet heaven was opened unto him and he saw the vision of God. Note that there were many captives but
Ezekiel was separated for good work because he had a vision. A
man or woman of vision cannot be caged. Your generation is waiting for your manifestation.
In Ezekiel 37, God used
Prophet Ezekiel to raise the same captives who became dry bones in the valley to become a great army in Israel.
Let me remind you that your vision starts with God’s vision because it is tied to Him. Soul winning, promoting and supporting God’s kingdom, reaching out to the poor and the needy; promoting love, peace and unity in your locality and larger society is the vision of God. The lifestyle of Joseph portrayed that he fulfilled God’s vision for the kingdom and humanity. Despite all
his achievements, Joseph did not lose sight of the Promise Land. In Genesis 50:25, he took an oath with his brethren to carry his bones out of Egypt to Canaan. And Joshua buried the bones of Joseph in Schechem in Joshua 24:32. As you run with the vision of God, may your own vision find fulfilment.
